血糖与血脂在糖尿病生化检验中的价值分析

Value of Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid in Biochemical Test of Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究血糖与血脂在糖尿病生化检验中的价值。方法将2020年3月—2022年3月在三明市第二医院就诊的93例糖尿病患者设为观察组,对照组为同期在本院进行体检的93例健康体检者。两组均进行生化检验,对两组的血糖、血脂的检测值及糖耐受异常发生率进行对比。结果观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测值以及空腹、餐后1 h、2 h时糖耐受异常发生率均高于对照组数据,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病生化检验中根据血糖、血脂检测结果可较好地筛查出糖尿病,进而有助于后续治疗干预措施的制订和实施。

Objective To study the value of blood glucose and blood lipid in the biochemical test of diabetes.Methods Ninety-three patients with diabetes who received medical treatment in the Sanming Second Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and ninety-three healthy patients who received physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Biochemical tests were performed in both groups,and the blood glucose and blood lipid values and the incidence of abnormal glucose tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density liptein cholesterol(LDL-C)and the incidence of abnormal glucose tolerance at fasting,1 h and 2 h after drinking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of high density liptein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the biochemical test of diabetes,diabetes can be better screened according to the results of blood glucose and lipid detection,which is conducive to the formulation and implementation of follow-up treatment interventions.
