达格列净治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析达格列净在2型糖尿病患者治疗中的重要作用。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月灌云县人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者120例,以临床用药为依据,对照组(单用二甲双胍)与观察组(二甲双胍联合达格列净)各60例,比较两组临床疗效。结果用药后观察组FPG(5.89±1.42)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.08±1.49)mmol/L、HbAlc(7.11±0.21)%均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,观察组的TC(4.14±0.37)mmol/L、TG(1.52±0.34)mmol/L更低且BMI指数(21.43±1.42)kg/m^(2)更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率比对照组更高,而并发症率比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗2型糖尿病患者可获得更好的疗效,对控制与调节患者的血压及血脂水平有效,还可有效预防糖尿病并发症。

Objective To analyze the important role of dapagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Guanyun County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.On the basis of clinical medication,60 patients in each control group(metformin alone)and observation group(metformin combined with dagliazine)to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,FPG(5.89±1.42)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.08±1.49)mmol/L and HbAlc(7.11±0.21)%in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC(4.14±0.37)mmol/L,TG(1.52±0.34)mmol/L and BMI(21.43±1.42)kg/m^(2) in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the complication rate was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with dapagliflozin can achieve better efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.It is effective in the control and regulation of patients'blood pressure and lipid level,and can also effectively prevent diabetes complications.
