全面护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者负性情绪及生存质量的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Negative Emotions and Quality of Survival of Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究糖尿病肾病血液透析患者接受全面护理的干预效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年6月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的50例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,采取随机数表法作为分组原则,每组25例。观察组采用全面护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理前后血糖值、负性情绪改善程度、生存质量评分。结果观察组护理后患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者实施全面护理干预既有利于降低其血糖值,改善不良情绪,又可以提高患者的生存质量,有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the intervention effect of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients receiving comprehensive care.Methods A total of 50 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the 73 rd Army Hospital of the Army from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the random number table method was used as the grouping principle,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing.The blood glucose value,negative emotion improvement degree and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions for diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients is not only beneficial to lower their blood glucose values and improve their adverse emotions,but also can improve the survival quality of patients,which has clinical promotion value.
