针对性护理用于老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的效果研究

Effectiveness of Targeted Care for Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Hyperlipidemia

目的研究针对性护理用于老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的效果。方法选择2020年6月—2022年6月泉州市第一医院收治的60例老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,并利用随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(针对性护理),每组30例。比较两组患者的血糖水平、血脂指标、生活质量评分等。结果两组护理前血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前血脂指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者接受护理期间,给予其针对性护理措施,患者血糖水平及血脂指标均有所改善,还可提高生活质量,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of targeted care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hy-perlipidemia.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to the First Hospital of Quanzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were di-vided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(targeted nursing)by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose level,blood lipid index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups be-fore nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid indexes between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high density li-poprotein was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia,the patients´blood glucose level and lipid index were improved by giving them targeted care mea-sures,which also improved the quality of life,and the clinical application was significant.
