Relation between CD-40 gene polymorphism and concurrent heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨CD40基因多态性与冠心病患者并发心力衰竭的关系。方法选取189例冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据是否并发心力衰竭将其分为并发组(53例)与未并发组(136例)。采用实时荧光定量PCR分析CD40基因多态性,并比较两组的基因型频率和等位基因频率。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析CD40基因多态性与冠心病患者并发心力衰竭的关系。结果并发组CD40基因的CC基因型频率和C等位基因频率均高于未并发组(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,校正混杂因素后CD40基因的基因型是冠心病患者并发心力衰竭的影响因素(P<0.05),携带CD40基因CC基因型的冠心病患者并发心力衰竭的风险增加。结论CD40基因多态性与冠心病患者并发心力衰竭有关,CC基因型可增加冠心病患者并发心力衰竭的风险。

Objective To explore the relation between CD40 gene polymorphism and concurrent heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 189 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research subjects,and they were assigned to concurrent group(53 cases)or non-concurrent group(136 cases)according to the presence of concurrent heart failure.The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to analyze the polymorphism of CD40 gene,and the genotype frequency and allele frequency were compared between the two groups.The relation between CD40 gene polymorphism and concurrent heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed by employing the multivariate Logistic regression model.Results The concurrent group yielded higher CC genotype frequency and C allele frequency of CD40 gene as compared with the non-concurrent group(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that after correcting confounding factors,genotype of CD40 gene was the influencing factor for concurrent heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05),and the risk of concurrent heart failure was increased in patients with coronary heart disease carrying CC genotype of CD40 gene.Conclusion CD40 gene polymorphism is related to concurrent heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease,and the risk of concurrent heart failure is increased in patients with coronary heart disease carrying CC genotype.
