神经节苷脂钠联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果

To Study the Therapeutic Effect of Sodium Ganglioside Combined with Edaravone on Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的分析缺血性脑卒中患者应用神经节苷脂钠联合依达拉奉治疗的效果。方法本次研究的开展时间为2021年6月至2022年11月,选取该时间段内我院收治的108例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同,分为观察组(n=54,采取神经节苷脂钠联合依达拉奉治疗)和对照组(n=54,采取依达拉奉治疗)。对比两组的治疗总有效率、血清炎性因子水平、神经功能重建相关因子水平、血液流变学指标水平、神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在治疗前的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、NGF、BDNF、HS、LS、PV、HCT、FIB以及NIHSS评分、ADL评分进行比较,均不存在明显差异(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,观察组的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、HS、LS、PV、HCT、FIB、NIHSS评分均要明显低于对照组,NGF、BDNF和ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率与对照组无明显差异(14.81%vs.12.96%,P>0.05)。结论在缺血性脑卒中患者的临床治疗中,应用神经节苷脂钠联合依达拉奉治疗能够改善患者的血流状况,可有效减轻机体炎性反应,对神经功能起到促进作用,使其重建和修复加快,同时还能够显著提升患者的日常生活能力,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of sodium ganglioside combined with edaravone in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods This study was carried out from June 2021 to November 2022.108 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=54,treated with sodium ganglioside and edaravone)and the control group(n=54,treated with edaravone).The total effective rate of treatment,the level of serum inflammatory factors,the level of factors related to nerve function reconstruction,the level of hemorheology indexes,the degree of nerve function defect,the ability of daily living and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,NGF,BDNF,HS,LS,PV,HCT,FIB,NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,HS,LS,PV,HCT,FIB,NIHSS and ADL scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of NGF,BDNF and ADL scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with ischemic stroke,the use of sodium ganglioside combined with edaravone can improve the blood flow status of patients,effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,promote the nerve function,accelerate its reconstruction and repair,and significantly improve the ability of daily life of patients,with high safety.
