摘要
本文以CNKI数据库中1992—2021年的中文核心期刊文献为数据源,对我国企业价值评估研究文献用可视化软件CiteSpace加以分析,梳理出评估方法、评估行业、影响因素等研究热点,并阐述我国企业价值评估研究现状,探讨该方面的发展态势。
The Chinese core journals from 1992 to 2021 in CNKI database are used as the data source in this paper,and the research literature of enterprise value evaluation in China is analyzed by visual software CiteSpace,and the research hotspots such as evaluation methods,evaluation industries and influencing fac⁃tors are sorted out,the research status and development trend of enterprise value evaluation in China are ex⁃pounded.
