供给侧视域下海南研学旅行发展策略研究

Study on the Development Strategy of Study Tours in Hainan from the Supply-Side Viewpoint

三年的疫情从根本上改变了消费者的旅游需求结构,与此同时,供给侧改革的推进,使得研学旅行赢得了快速发展期。本文在梳理海南省研学旅行的政策出台、研学基地建设、研学线路设计中发现,海南省研学旅行存在专业研学旅行人才短缺、研学旅行课程开发较为薄弱、基地发展不平衡、各部门联动不足等问题。文后提出加快人才培养,推进研学队伍建设,加强研学课程研发,打造研学旅行精品,加强研学旅行基地的建设和管理,推进各部门联动,助力推进海南研学旅行健康快速发展。

The three-year epidemic has fundamentally changed the structure of consumer tourism demand.At the same time,the supply-side reform implemented in China has drawn more attention to study tours.By sort⁃ing out the policies on study tours,construction of study tour bases,and design of the routes of study tours in Hainan Province,it is summarized that there are problems such as shortage of professional personnel,weak development of courses in study tours,imbalanced development of study tour bases,and insufficient interdepartmental cooperation.To jointly promote the healthy and rapid development of study tours in Hainan,the following suggestions are made:accelerate personnel training,promote team building,strengthen the re⁃search and development of learning courses,create high-quality study tour products,strengthen the con⁃struction and management of study tour bases,and enhance inter-departmental cooperation.
