丹参多酚酸盐辅助肺康复治疗AECOPD的疗效及对Th1/Th2免疫应答平衡的影响

Effect of Salvianolate on Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Balance of Th1/Th2 Immune Response in Patients with AECOPD

目的探索丹参多酚酸盐辅助肺康复治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)的疗效及对Th1/Th2免疫应答平衡的影响。方法选择80例AECOPD患者为试验对象,根据单双号随机化分2组,观察组和对照组各40例,分别选择肺康复治疗、丹参多酚酸盐辅助肺康复治疗,并对比两组治疗后2周Th1/Th2免疫应答平衡情况和肺功能,且评估各项症状改善时间、住院时间以及肺损伤率、病死率。结果观察组治疗后IL-4、IFN-γ、FEV1、FVC、FEF75%优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸机相关肺损伤率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对AECOPD患者实施丹参多酚酸盐辅助肺康复治疗效果显著,可改善免疫功能,增强患者的肺功能,可提升其治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and its influence on the balance of Th1/Th2 immune response.Methods 80 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,Lung rehabilitation therapy and salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation therapy were selected,and the balance of Th1/Th2 immune response and lung function were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment,and the improvement time of symptoms,hospitalization time,lung injury rate and mortality rate were evaluated.Results IL-4 and IFN in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group-γ、FEV1,FVC and fef75%in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),The rate of ventilator-associated lung injury was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of salvianolate assisted lung rehabilitation in patients with AECOPD is significant,which can improve the immune function,enhance the lung function of patients,and improve the treatment effect.
