摘要
以某三级公路养护维修工程为例,论述了水泥就地冷再生基层的工程应用,并对工程应用质量控制措施进行了探究。在基层利用18cm全深式水泥就地冷再生施工前,通过先处理原有路段沥青层、基层,再设置冷再生机械,分次铣刨,进而分格摊铺水泥,均匀翻拌,最后精平、碾压水泥稳定砂砾,表明水泥就地冷再生基层在提高公路养护效率与经济效益中表现突出。
This paper uses case analysis method to take a third-grade highway maintenance and repair engineering as an example,this paper discusses the engineering application of cement in-place cold regenerated base course,and probes into the quality control measures of engineering application.Before the construction of 18cm full-depth cement in-place recycling at the base,the asphalt layer and the base layer of the original road section are treated first,then the cold recycling machinery is set up,milling and planing is done at different times,and then the cement is spread at different grids,and the cement is evenly turned over,finally,the cement stabilized grit is leveled and rolled,which shows that the cement in-place cold regenerated base is outstanding in improving highway maintenance efficiency and economic benefit.
