摘要
结合工程实例,利用BIM技术编制进度计划,采用BIM5D平台进行进度计划4D模拟及方案优化调整,进行实时跟踪,通过计划进度与实际进度对比分析,发现偏差后采取纠偏措施。结果表明基于BIM技术和5D平台,进度计划的编制及调整更加简单有效,进度模拟可以及时发现进度问题,缩短工期,降低成本,推动项目精细化管理。
In combination with engineering examples,the BIM technology is used to prepare the schedule plan,and the BIM5D platform is used to conduct the 4D simulation of the schedule plan and the optimization and adjustment of the plan,as well as real-time tracking.Through the comparison and analysis of the planned schedule and the actual schedule,the deviation is found and the corrective measures are taken.The results show that the preparation and adjustment of schedule plan based on BIM technology and 5D platform is more simple and effective,and schedule simulation can find schedule problems in time,shorten the construction period,reduce the cost,and promote the fine management of the project.
