Research on Expressway Information Collection and Release Service

以河北省为例,从其“两微一端”关注度与利用率有限的问题入手,剖析了高速公路信息收集与发布服务存在的问题和成因。并以此为基础,在优化信息收集与发布方式,提供有效、精准的服务3个层面提出解决措施,以期提高河北省高速公路信息收集与发布服务水平,为全国高速公路信息服务领域提供有效借鉴。

Taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of expressway information collection and release service from the perspective of the limited attention and utilization of"Weibo,Wechat and mobile guest App".Based on this,solutions are proposed from the three aspects of optimizing the way of information collection and release and providing effective and accurate services,in order to improve the service level of expressway information collection and release in Hebei Province and provide effective reference for the national expressway information service field.
