Study on the Design of Hydraulic Formwork for Prefabricated T-Beam

通过对预制T梁液压模板的研究,设计出一种符合工程实际的液压模板系统——预制T梁无轨全自动移动液压模板,提高T梁预制施工工效和施工质量。该模板系统采用一体化设计,整体脱模、合模,利用行走滚轮高效地进行模板空间位置的调整,提高模板安拆效率的同时节省人工、提高施工质量,满足施工质量标准和施工工效要求。

Based on the research of prefabricated T-beam hydraulic formwork,a hydraulic formwork system,trackless automatic moving hydraulic formwork of prefabricated T-beam,is designed to improve the engineering efficiency and construction quality of prefabricated T beam.The formwork system adopts the integrated design,the whole demoulding,closing mold,using the walking roller to efficiently adjust the space position of the formwork,improve the efficiency of the formwork installation and disassembly,save labor,improve the construction quality,meet the construction quality standards and construction efficiency requirements.
