摘要
结合具体工程案例,列举实际施工中存在的重大安全风险因素,认为合理确定台风风荷载为风险管控中需要落实的首要内容,模拟分析了工程施工过程中存在的结构安全风险,发现当结构施工抵达最高(8区)时,核心筒存在的安全风险最大,提出了相应的处理措施方案,客观评估后加固处理后结构的安全性,发现加固后的核心筒结构变形、应力均符合设计要求,牢固可靠。将大型塔吊的风险划成不同分级,并提出相配套的风险处理措施。
In combination with specific project cases,the major safety risk factors existing in actual construction are listed.It is considered that reasonable determination of typhoon wind load is the first work to be implemented in risk management and control.The structural safety risks existing in the process of project construction are simulated and analyzed.It is found that when the structural construction reaches the highest level(Zone 8),the core tube has the largest safety risk,and the corresponding treatment measures are proposed.The safety of the post reinforcement structure was objectively evaluated,and it was found that the deformation and stress of the reinforced core tube structure met the design requirements,and it was firm and reliable.The risks oflarge tower cranes are classified into different levels,and the corresponding risk treatment measures are carried out.
