摘要
根据北京城市副中心工程建设实际,利用智慧工地先进技术和管理手段,探索智慧建造模式下施工现场安全生产和绿色施工管理新举措。采用BIM、物联网、大数据、人工智能、移动通信等技术,对影响施工安全的重要环节,如劳务管理、机械设备安全、绿色施工及环境检测、工程资料管理、施工现场巡查、生活区管理等提升安全生产智能化管控,降低安全事故隐患风险,实现安全生产目标的同时,提高副中心工程安全管理的信息化和智慧化水平。
According to the actual construction of the sub center project in Beijing,this paper explores new measures for safe production and green construction management on the construction site under the smart construction mode by using the advanced technology and management means of smart construction sites.Adopt BIM,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,mobile communication and other technologies to improve the intelligent control of safe production,reduce the risk of potential safety accidents,achieve the goal of safe production while improving the important links affecting construction safety,such as labor management,mechanical equipment safety,green construction and environmental detection,engineering data management,construction site inspection,living area management,etc,improve the informatization and intelligence level of sub center project safety management.
