坊巷历史街区生理与心理感知效益研究

Study on Physiological and Psychological Perception Effects of Historic Blocks

历史街区作为城市公共空间重要组成部分,为人们提供绿色体验,增进公众身心健康。为探索环境与人的交互影响,提升街区环境效益。通过对被试者的主观心理恢复性效益感知测量与客观生理指标测量,评价不同类型历史街区环境空间对人的影响。结果表明:1)不同坊巷街区景观对人的生理反馈皮肤电(EDA)、肌电(EMG)、血容量脉搏(PPG)的影响显著不同,而对皮肤温度(SKT)没有显著差异影响;2)主观评价上,不同街区景观的恢复性效益呈现显著差异性,且生理和心理反应呈现一致性;3)传统园林景观对人的生理和心理感知恢复产生很大效益,植物、水、文化、历史建筑等元素当达到一定空间规模时,能产生较好的效益。研究为规划者和景观设计师优化历史街区,提升人居环境空间效益提供参考。

As an important part of the city's public space,the historic blocks provide people with a green experience and enhances the physical and mental health of the public.To explore the interactive impacts of the environment and people,improve the environmental benefits of the neighborhood,and through the subjective psychological recovery benefit perception measurement and objective physiological index measurement,the impacts of different types of historical district environmental space on people were evaluated.The results showed that:1)The effects of different street landscapes on human physiological feedback electrodermal activity(EDA),electromyography(EMG),and photoplethysmography(PPG)were significantly different,but there was no significant difference in skin temperature(SKT).2)In terms of subjective evaluation,the restorative benefits of different street landscapes showed significant differences,and the physiological and psychological responses were consistent.3)Traditional garden landscape has great benefits for the recovery of people's physiological and psychological perception,and elements such as plants,water,culture,and historical buildings can produce better benefits when they reach a certain spatial scale.The study provides a reference for planners and landscape architects to optimize historic districts and improve the spatial benefits of human settlements.
