The seal performance of high-speed trains has a significant impact on passenger comfort.The paper introduces the air tightness test method for the single vehicle of high-speed MU,analyzes the test data and results during the manufacturing process of vehicles,and obtain the air tightness test rules of MU vehicles,which guides the seal design of MU vehicles and improve the air tightness index.
