赋能数字化时代终身学习:澳大利亚教育微证书探析 被引量:10

摘要 由于教育数字化浪潮下学习方式的重构推动学习认证方式变革,传统学历教育体系难以适应澳大利亚技能危机下终身学习需求的高涨,产教融合的进阶式发展驱动教育机构提升对劳动力市场需求的响应能力,澳大利亚高度重视将微证书嵌入传统学历教育体系的实际价值。澳大利亚通过构建国家微证书框架,对微证书的通用定义、指导原则、关键信息要求、最低标准进行了全面规定,为澳大利亚的各类微证书颁发机构、学习者、雇主等群体开发、选择与认证微证书提供了行动参照。为推广微证书,澳大利亚采取了一系列有效举措:开发通用的微证书平台,利用远程教育体系扩大微证书辐射范围;以澳大利亚劳动力市场需求为主导,强化微证书课程设计的针对性;推进国内微证书试点项目,建立健全微证书质量保证机制。 Due to the reconfiguration of learning methods driven by the digitization of education,the traditional academic education system has difficulty meeting the surging demand for lifelong learning in the face of Australia's skills crisis.The advancement of industry-education integration has propelled educational institutions to enhance their responsiveness to the labor market's needs.Australia places great importance on embedding the practical value of microcredentials into the traditional academic education system.To achieve this,Australia has established National Microcredentials Framework,which comprehensively defines the general definition,guiding principles,key information requirements,and minimum standards for microcredentials.This framework serves as a reference for microcredential issuing institutions,learners,employers,and other stakeholders in Australia to develop,select,and certify microcredentials.To promote microcredentials,Australia also has implemented a series of effective measures,mainly including the development of a universal microcredential platform to expand the reach of microcredentials through distance education systems.The design of microcredential courses is driven by the demands of the Australian labor market.Furthermore,Australia is progressing with domestic pilot projects for microcredentials and establishing a robust quality assurance mechanism for microcredentials.
