基于中医传承计算平台对中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的用药规律研究

Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Against Myelodysplastic Syndrome Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform

目的 分析探索中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征用药规律。方法 收集中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊服务平台、PubMed平台1991年建库以来至2022年5月1日中医药治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的处方,筛选录入Excel内并导入中医传承计算平台V3.0,并对处方中的药物进行用药频次、四气五味、归经、关联规则及聚类分析统计,并将筛选文献中涉及的古方进行分析。结果 共纳入191首治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的处方,包含中药共计211味,以补虚类、清热类、活血化瘀类为主;中药主入肾、肝、脾三脏,药味以甘、苦、辛为主;药性多属温、平、寒;频率最高的常用药对共5组;运用聚类分析将聚类个数设置为3,得到3组核心药物组合。结论 骨髓增生异常综合征的中医药治疗以补脾益肾、清热解毒为主,兼以活血化瘀。

Objective To analyze and explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and PubMed were searched for TCM prescriptions used in the treatment of MDS from the establishment of the databases until May 1,2022.The collected prescriptions were screened and entered into Excel,then imported into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0).The medication frequency,four qi properties,five flavors,meridian tropism,association rules,and cluster analysis of the drugs in the prescriptions were statistically analyzed.Ancient prescriptions mentioned in the selected literature were also analyzed.Results A total of 191 prescriptions for the treatment of MDS were included,comprising 211 drugs.The drugs were mainly effective in tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,and activating blood circulation and resolving stasis.Drugs were sweet,bitter,and pungent in flavor and warm,neutral,and cold in qi,and mainly acted on the kidneys,liver,and spleen.Five drug pairs possessed the highest frequency.Cluster analysis was conducted with three clusters,resulting in three core drug combinations.Conclusion TCM treatment for MDS focuses on tonifying the spleen and benefiting the kidneys,clearing heat and removing toxins,as well as promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis.
