分散橙R的生产工艺改进研究

对分散橙R的生产工艺进行改进,通过优化各个反应条件,确定了分散橙R的优化生产工艺。结果表明,新工艺有效降低了生产能耗,提高了分散橙R的砂磨效率,并提升了产品收率和质量,降低了实际生产过程中的综合成本。

The production process of Disperse Orange R was improved,and the optimal conditions were confirmed.The results showed that the energy consumption of the novel process was decreased effectively,and the milling effect,the yield and the quality of Disperse Orange R were enhanced separately.Furthermore,the comprehensive production cost was reduced.
