酸性腐蚀环境下钢铝压印接头性能

摘要 为探究酸性腐蚀工况下异质压印接头的力学性能,将通过圆形模具压印连接的铝AA5052与钢DP590试件置于0.02 mol·L^(-1)NaHSO_(3)溶液中进行周浸腐蚀试验,在腐蚀不同周期后取出称重,并进行静力学拉伸-剪切试验。腐蚀试验结果表明,腐蚀周期越长,腐蚀产物越多,试件的失重量越大,腐蚀速率则越低。静力学试验结果表明,接头的失效形式发生改变,经腐蚀后的试件皆为颈部完全断裂且铆扣部分被拉出失效,且拉伸失效形式的改变与腐蚀周期的长短无关;接头静强度呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,且增大速率明显大于减小速率;能量吸收值呈先上升后下降的趋势。 To explore the mechanical properties of heterogeneous clinching joints under acidic corrosion conditions,the aluminum AA5052 and steel DP590 samples by circular die clinching connected was placed in 0.02 mol·L^(-1),NaHSO_(3) solution for cyclic corrosion tests.The samples were weighted after different corrosion cycles,and static tensile-shear were carried out.The corrosion results show that the longer the corrosion cycle,the more corrosion the products,the greater the weight loss of sample and the lower the corrosion rate.The static tests results show that the failure mode of joints changes.After corrosion,all the samples are completely broken at the neck and the rivet buckle is pulled out to fail,and the change of tensile failure mode has nothing to do with the length of corrosion cycle.The static strength of the joints increases first and then decreases,and the increasing rate is obviously greater than the decreasing rate.The energy absorption value increases first and then decreases.
