表面含氧官能团与铜负载对活性炭吸附甲硫醇的影响

摘要 甲硫醇是一种典型的恶臭污染物,嗅觉阈值非常低,其所引起的环境污染已经不容忽视。吸附法工艺简单,成本低,适用范围广,并且改性活性炭对于甲硫醇气体表现出了优异的吸附性能。采用硝酸氧化改性法提升活性炭表面含氧官能团含量,并且使用物理浸渍法在活性炭上负载铜离子。探究了无氧条件下,含氧官能团以及铜负载对于活性炭吸附甲硫醇的影响,分析了含氧官能团以及铜负载两者的联合作用以及甲硫醇在活性炭上的吸附机理。 Methyl mercaptan(MM)is a typical odorous pollutant with a very low olfactory threshold,and the environmental pollution caused by it cannot be ignored.The adsorption method has the advantages of simple process,low cost and wide application range,and the modified activated carbon has excellent adsorption performance for MM.In this paper,the oxidation modification method of nitric acid was used to increase the content of oxygen-containing functional groups,and copper ions were loaded on the activated carbon by physical impregnation method.Some factors affecting the adsorption of MM on activated carbon in the absence of oxygen,such as oxygen-containing functional groups and copper loading,were discussed.The comprehensive effect of oxygen-containing functional groups and copper loading and the adsorption mechanism of MM on activated carbon were analyzed.
