摘要
换热器内折流板是影响其换热效率的关键部件,对折流板进行优化设计可以有效提高换热器的换热效率,从而提高能源利用率,节约能源。对新型L型折流板进行了研究,利用CFD原理,建立了L型折流板换热器的几何模型,并与普遍的单弓形折流板进行对比分析。结果表明L型折流板横板长度为80mm时其综合性能最佳,压力损失较单弓形折流板降低了11%~13%,当流速在1~3m/s时,换热效率提高了7.29%;当流速大于3 m/s时,最大降幅为5.18%,且当流速为1 m/s、3 m/s和5 m/s时较单弓形折流板换热器综合性能分别提高了12.3%、12.4%和13.7%,为换热器工业设计提供了参考。
The baffle plate in the heat exchanger is the key component affecting its heat exchange efficiency.The optimal design of the baffle plate can effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger,so as to improve the energy utilization and save energy.In this paper,the new L-shaped baffle was studied.Using the principle of CFD,the geometric model of L-shaped baffle heat exchanger was established,and it was compared with the general single bow baffle.The results showed that when the length of L-shaped baffle was 80 mm,its comprehensive performance was the best,the pressure loss was 11%~13%lower than that of single bow baffle,and the heat exchange efficiency was increased by 7.29%when the flow rate was 1~3 m·s^(-1);When the flow rate was greater than 3 m·s^(-1),the maximum decrease was 5.18%,and when the flow rate was 1 m·s^(-1),3 m·s^(-1) and 5 m·s^(-1),the comprehensive performance of the heat exchanger was improved by 12.3%,12.4%and 13.7%respectively,which could provide some reference for the industrial design of the heat exchanger.
