摘要 乙二醇回收装置通过对富液进行脱除轻烃、二价盐、水及脱盐后重新回注至水下,作为保障深水油气田流动安全的关键技术之一被广泛地应用于天然气田的开发生产中。其中乙二醇脱盐系统是保证该装置正常运行的关键系统,该系统自动控制方案的可靠性和稳定性关系到整个深水气田的安全运行,对气田开发显得尤为重要。根据国内仅有的几套脱盐单元运行经验的积累,对脱盐单元的复杂工艺控制进行了介绍,为以后的操作和研究积累了丰富的经验,为设备和工艺的国产化、智能化奠定了一定的理论基础。 Glycol recovery unit is widely used in the development and production of natural gas fields as one of the key technologies to ensure the flow safety of deep-water oil and gas fields by removing light hydrocarbon,bivalent salt,water and desalting the rich liquid and then re-injecting it underwater.Among them,glycol desalination system is the key system to ensure the normal operation of the device.The reliability and stability of the automatic control scheme of the system is related to the safe operation of the whole deep water gas field,which is particularly important for gas field development.Based on the operation experience accumulation of only two sets of desalting units in China,the complex process control of desalting unit was introduced,providing rich experience for later operation and research,and laying a theoretical foundation for the localization and intelligence of equipment and process.
