功能化纳米材料的表征技术研究进展

摘要 化石燃料所排放的二氧化碳等污染性气体威胁着全球的生态环境。因而开发高效低碳的环保材料将是实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”的重要途径。多功能纳米材料的研发及改性,也将是未来环境保护的必然趋势。简介了多功能纳米材料在光电领域,食品药品,建筑等民生安全健康领域的应用,并概述了功能化纳米材料的主要表征技术如X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜、电子探针等其他表征方法的研究现状以及发展趋势。阐明了随着更多新功能化纳米材料的发展,表征方法也变得越来越重要。 Carbon dioxide and other polluting gases emitted by fossil fuels threaten the global ecological environment.Therefore,the development of efficient and low-carbon environmental protection materials will be an important way to achieve"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality".The development and modification of multifunctional nanomaterials will be the inevitable trend of environmental protection in the future.In this paper,the application of multifunctional nanomaterials in the field of safety and health of the people's livelihood such as photoelectric,food and drug administration,construction and so on was introduced,and The research status and development trend of major functional nanomaterials characterization techniques were outlined such as X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,electron probe and so on.With the development of more new functional nanomaterials,the characterization methods would be becoming more and more important.
