拉曼光谱预处理关键技术研究进展

摘要 针对拉曼光谱通常具有较低的信噪比和高幅度的荧光背景,严重限制后续化学品检测识别的问题,分析了拉曼光谱预处理过程中的宇宙线去除、噪声处理和荧光抑制等关键技术的研究进展,重点评述了消除荧光背景干扰的方法,包括物理化学法、仪器改进法和数值分析法,总结了各方法的原理、优缺点及应用,并对其未来发展方向和危化品检测领域应用进行了展望。 Raman spectra have a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and great fluorescence background typically,which limit the following chemical detection and recognition severely.The research progress of key technologies such as cosmic ray removal,noise processing and fluorescence suppression in Raman spectroscopy preprocessing was analyzed.The methods of fluorescence suppression were emphasized,including physical and chemical method,instrument improvement method and numerical analysis method.The principles,advantages,disadvantages and applications of each method were discussed,and the future development direction and application in the field of hazardous chemical detection were prospected.
