学习本位视角下乡村初任教师教学能力的现状与对策研究——基于上饶市11个县(区)小学的调查分析

摘要 采用自编的《乡村初任教师教学能力现状调查问卷》,从教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学评价能力、教学反思与研究能力四个方面调查乡村初任教师教学能力现状,并对部分乡村初任教师进行深度访谈。结果发现,乡村初任教师教学能力处于一般水平,四个维度的教学能力较为均衡;不同专业、任教年限、任教科目、在不同类型的学校任教的乡村初任教师,其教学能力有显著差异。为了提高乡村初任教师的教学能力,基于学习本位视角从理念树立、环境创建、动力激发和评价方式形成四个方面提出优化策略。 In this paper,the self-designed Questionnaire on the Current Situation of Rural Beginner Teachers′Teaching Ability was used to investigate the current situation of rural novice teachers′teaching ability from four aspects:teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability,teaching reflection and research ability,and in-depth interviews were conducted with some rural novice teachers.The results show that the teaching ability of rural beginning teachers is at the average level,and the teaching ability of the four dimensions is more balanced.There are significant differences in the teaching ability of rural beginning teachers with different majors,teaching years,teaching subjects and teaching in different types of schools.In order to improve the teaching ability of rural beginning teachers,based on the perspective of learning,the optimization strategy is proposed from four aspects:concept establishment,environment creation,motivation stimulation and evaluation mode formation.
