桩古40-多4高温井深部酸化技术研究及应用

摘要 为了进一步沟通天然裂缝,获得较好的酸化施工效果,实现胜利桩西油田桩古40-多4高温井的增产目的,对现场选用的酸液体系进行了高温缓蚀性能评价、缓速性能评价以及综合性能评价实验,根据实验评价结果和以往该区块的酸化施工参数,确定了该井本次施工酸液体系配方。结果显示:在170℃下,7.0%缓蚀剂FL-B的动态腐蚀速率为37.82 g/(m^(2)·h),远低于行业要求的小于70.00 g/(m^(2)·h),静态腐蚀速率为7.64 g/(m^(2)·h),低于10.00 g/(m^(2)·h)的行业标准;反应8 min时15%HCl+8%DJ-9的酸岩反应速度为0.1017 mol/(cm^(2)·s),15%HCl+7.0%RVA-2缓速剂的酸岩反应速度为0.0788 mol/(cm^(2)·s),15%HCl+8.0%RVA-2缓速剂的酸岩反应速度为0.0756 mol/(cm^(2)·s),加入7.0%和8.0%RVA-2缓速剂后酸岩反应速度要低于胶凝酸的酸岩反应速度;20%HCl+3%HAC+7.0%FL-B+1%NH4Cl酸液体系各项性能指标均达到行业标准。此外,对桩古40-多4井施工管柱进行了摩阻计算,结合施工安全性优化管柱设计后进行了酸化施工。该井酸化前累计生产原油19750 t,酸化后日产油最高可达170 t,后期稳产在70~80 t/d,一年时间累计增油25500 t,是酸化前累计生产原油的1.3倍,实现了增产目的。 In order to further communicate natural cracks,get better acidification construction effect,realize the victory pile west oilfield pile Zhuanggu 40-Duo 4 high temperature well production purpose,on the site of acid system for high temperature corrosion performance evaluation,slow performance evaluation and comprehensive performance evaluation experiment.According to the experimental evaluation results and before the acid construction parameter of the block,determine the well of the construction acid system formula.Results are shown that,at 170℃,the dynamic corrosion rate of 7.0%corrosion inhibitor FL-B is 37.82 g/(m^(2)·h),far less than the industry requirement of less than 70.00 g/(m^(2)·h),the static corrosion rate is 7.64 g/(m^(2)·h),below the industry standard of 10.00 g/(m^(2)·h).The acid rock reaction rate of 15%HCl+8%DJ-9 at 8 min was 0.1017 mol/(cm^(2)·s),the acid rock reaction rate of 15%HCl+7.0%RVA-2 retarder is 0.0788 mol/(cm^(2)·s),the acid rock reaction rate of 15%HCl+8.0%RVA-2 retarder is 0.0756 mol/(cm^(2)·s),the acid rock reaction speed of 7.0%and 8.0%RVA-2 retarder is lower than that of aggluentiate acid.All the performance indexes of 20%HCl+3%HAC+7.0%FL-B+1%NH4Cl acid solution system have reached the industry standard.In addition,the friction resistance was calculated for the construction pipe string of the pile Zhuanggu 40-Duo 4 well,and the acidification construction was carried out after optimizing the pipe string design combined with the construction safety.Before the acidification,the cumulative crude oil production of this well was 19750 t,after acidification the maximum daily oil production can reach 170 t.In the later period,the stable production was 70~80 t/d,and the cumulative oil increase was 25500 t in one year,which is 1.3 times that of the cumulative crude oil production before acidification,realizing the purpose of increasing production.
