柴胡鳖甲汤中西医结合治疗肝癌病例分享

Chaihu Biejia Decoction combined with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of liver cancer

柴胡鳖甲汤是吴雄志教授团队将传统医学与现代药理学有机结合后,总结出来的一个有效验方。本方主治肝癌及肝硬化等疾病,全方由小柴胡汤、己椒苈黄丸、防己黄芪汤、逍遥散、苍牛防己汤化裁组合而成。笔者应用柴胡鳖甲汤治疗肝癌,临床疗效显著,现分享典型病案一例,以期为临床提供借鉴。

After organically combining traditional medicine and modern pharmacology,Professor Wu Xiongzhi’s team successfully summarized Chaihu Biejia Decoction,which is an effective prescription that mainly treats liver cancer,liver cirrhosis,and other diseases.The prescription is a combination of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction,Jijiaolihuang pill,Fangji Huangqi Decoction,Xiaoyao Powder,and Cangniu Fangji Decoction.Chaihu Biejia Decoction was applied to treat liver cancer and a remarkable clinical effect was achieved.This study presents a typical medical record to provide reference for clinical practice.
