植物油改性对其氧化稳定性影响的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 植物油因较高的黏度指数、低挥发性以及良好的生物降解性和润滑性等,使其具有环境友好型生物润滑油的潜质,但由于自身氧化稳定性和低温流动性较差,需通过改性来改善其抗氧化性能。综述不同改性方法改善植物油氧化稳定性的原理、催化试剂、改性效果以及各种改性方法的优缺点,对植物油改性方法的未来研究方向进行展望,指出不饱和碳碳双键含量高的植物油可以优先使用环氧化或选择性加氢改性,再联用其他改性方法,从而既提升其氧化稳定性,又保证其低温流动性和生物降解性。 Due to its high viscosity index,low volatility,good biodegradability and lubricity,vegetable oil has the potential of being an environment-friendly bio-lubricant.However,its poor oxidation stability and low temperature fluidity limit its application in the field of friction.The principle,catalytic reagents,modification effects,advantages and disadvantages of different modification methods to improve the oxidative stability of vegetable oil were reviewed,and the future research directions of vegetable oil modification methods were prospected.It was pointed out that the vegetable oil with high content of unsaturated carbon double bond could be preferentially modified by epoxidation or selective hydrogenation,and then by other modification methods,which could not only improve the oxidation stability of vegetable oil,but also ensure its low temperature fluidity and biodegradability.
