基于“一气周流”论治慢性气道炎症性疾病

Treatment of Chronic Airway Inflammatory Diseases based on the Concept of“Circular Flow of Qi”

基于黄元御一气周流理论,认为慢性气道炎症性疾病的核心病机为阳虚土湿,发生、发展的关键在于痰壅于肺、木陷金逆、水寒火衰。治法应以恢复中气斡旋为本,根据肺、肾、肝等诸脏病情偏重不同,痰壅于肺者选用黄芽汤培土生金,木陷金逆者选用白茅汤清上温下,水寒火衰者选用天魂汤补肾助阳,共同促使一气运行周畅,为慢性气道炎症性疾病的中医临床提供新思路。

It is believed that the core pathogenesis of chronic airway inflammatory diseases is yang deficiency and earth dampness,and the key to its occurrence and development is phlegm obstructing the lungs,wood sinking and metal counterflow,water cold and fire decline,based on HUANG Yuanyu's theory of circular flow of qi.The root treatment method should be taking the recovery of the rise and fall of center qi.According to the severity of the condi-tions of the lungs,kidneys,liver and other organs,if the phlegm is congested in the lungs,Huangya Decoction(黄芽汤)is suggested to bank up earth to generate metal.For those with wood sinking and metal counterflow,Baimao Decoction(白茅汤)can be used to clear the upper and warm purgation,and for water cold and fire decline,Tianhun Decoction(天魂汤)is suggested to supplement kidney and assist yang.All those together can promote the smooth cir-culation of qi and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of chronic airway inflammatory diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
