The practice of social insurance and commercial insurance cooperation in long-term care insurance:A comparison between Qingdao and Haidian practices

长期护理保险社商合作是应对老年失能人群护理难题的有益尝试,青岛市和北京市海淀区等城市纷纷开展试点探索。然而,两者的实践也存在合作范围狭窄、有效监管缺失和合作稳定性不足等问题。基于此,文章着眼于合理把握合作范围、科学布局内外监管以及建立长效合作机制等方面,探讨优化路径。

The social insurance and commercial insurance cooperation in long-term care insurance is a useful attempt to deal with the nursing problems of elderly disabled people,which has been piloted in Qingdao City and Haidian District of Beijing.However,there are still some problems in their practices,such as the narrow scope of cooperation,lack of effective supervision and insufficient cooperation stability.Based on this,this paper explored the optimized path from the aspects of the rational handling of the scope of cooperation,scientific layout of internal and external supervision and the establishment of long-term cooperative mechanism.
