青岛盾构隧道安全风险组段划分方法研究

摘要 盾构施工过程中常常发生因设备参数控制不合理而引发的风险,因此需要对盾构设备参数精细化控制,并建立完善的施工参数控制体系。在充分考虑盾构隧道穿越地层、埋深、上覆地层和地下水条件等因素的基础上,综合分析隧道所在区段内地面的环境状态,对盾构隧道进行了分类分段,最后结合实际工程对不同组段的盾构掘进参数进行了合理选取和有效控制。研究结果表明:该方法大大降低和规避了盾构施工中的安全隐患,有效控制了盾构施工中的安全风险。 During the construction of shield tunnel,risks often appear due to unreasonable control of equipment parameters.Therefore,it is necessary to finely control the parameters of the shield tunnel equipment and establish the complete construction parameter control system.On the basis of fully considering factors such as the crossing strata,burial depth,overlying strata,and groundwater conditions of the shield tunnel,the comprehensive analysis is conducted on the environmental state of the ground in the section where the tunnel is located.The shield tunnel is classified and segmented,and finally the shield tunneling parameters of different segments are reasonably selected and effectively controlled in combination with practical engineering.The research results show that:this method greatly reduces and avoids hidden safety hazards during the construction of shield tunnel,and effectively controls safety risks during the construction of shield tunnel.
