依托新《职业教育法》开展“全职教”培训

Develop the Training of Full Vocational Education Relying on the New Vocational Education Law

2022版新《职业教育法》的修订和出台不仅确立了职业教育在我国目前社会经济建设中的重要地位,更加突出了国家职业教育发展的全局性布局和顶层的政策导向。依托新《职业教育法》,要开展“全职业教育”,即全民性职教、全素质职教、全融通职教,将职业培训和职业教育贯通职业人职业生涯全过程,打通行业和专业壁垒,形成校企双赢的良性合作关系,让企业在职业培训中起到积极且长远的作用。

The revision and promulgation of the 2022 edition of the new Vocational Education Law not only established the important position of vocational education in China's current social and economic construction,but also highlighted the overall layout and top-level policy orientation of national vocational education development.Relying on the new Vocational Education Law,we need to carry out"full vocational education",which is universal vocational education,comprehensive vocational education,and comprehensive vocational education.Integrating vocational training and education throughout the entire career process of professionals,it can bridge industry and professional barriers,and form a win-win cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises,to enable enterprises to play a positive and long-term role in vocational training.
