随着整个行业的不断进步与发展,高职教育汽车类专业人才培养正向着生源多元化、技能等级化、学习持续化、技能培训方向多样化发展。基于1+X证书制度,高职教育汽车类专业人才培养方案、课程体系建设、师资队伍培训及监督体系等要逐渐与1+X证书制度完全融合。

With the continuous progress and development of the entire industry,the talent cultivation of automotive majors in higher vocational education is developing towards a diversified source of students,skill grading,continuous learning,and diversified direction of skill training.Based on the 1+X certificate system,the talent cultivation plan,curriculum system construction,teacher training and supervision system for automotive majors in higher vocational education should gradually be fully integrated with the 1+X certificate system.
