天麻素耳周穴位注射治疗耳聋的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Periauricular Injection of Gastrodin in the Treatment of Deafness

目的 探讨耳聋患者采用天麻素耳周注射的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月—2022年9月我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科60例感音神经性耳聋患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组29例,给予常规对症治疗(包括营养神经、激素等),观察组31例,在对照组基础上给予天麻素耳周穴位注射治疗,比较两组纯音听阈总有效率、临床治疗效果及生活质量。结果 观察组不同时间纯音听阈总有效率均高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月随访,两组听力阈值均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束时,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳聋患者采用天麻素耳周注射治疗疗效可靠,且随治疗时间的延长,治疗效果愈加明显,能提高患者听力,缓解及减轻其耳聋症状,同时改善其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periauricular injection of gastrodin in patients with deafness.Methods A total of 60 patients with sensorineural hearing loss admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment method,29 patients were divided into the control group and given routine symptomatic treatment(including nutritional nerves,hormones,etc.).31 patients were divided into the observation group and given a periauricular injection of gastrodin on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,clinical treatment effect,and quality of life of the pure tone hearing threshold of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of pure tone hearing threshold at different time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one month and three months after treatment,it was found in the follow-up that the hearing thresholds of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The periauricular injection of gastrodin is effective in the treatment of patients with deafness,and as treatment continues,the treatment effect becomes more obvious,which can significantly strengthen the hearing of patients,alleviate their deafness symptoms,and improve their quality of life.
