太极推拨法联合火龙罐治疗周围性面神经炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Taiji Tuina Combined with Fiery Dragon Cupping in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的 观察太极推拨法联合火龙罐治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法 以2022年1—9月甘肃省中医院收治的40例周围性面神经炎患者为研究对象,采用前瞻性随机对照分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组单独运用太极推拨法治疗,观察组采用太极推拨法联合火龙罐治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组患者治疗前后面神经功能评分系统评分、Sunnybrook面神经评分系统(SFGS)评分、眼区血流灌注量及不良反应发生率的差异,并比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患者面神经功能评分、SFGS评分及眼区血流灌注量均较治疗前改善(P <0.05),且观察组在上述各方面均优于对照组(P <0.05,P <0.01);观察组总有效率(95%)高于对照组(70.00%,P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 太极推拨法联合火龙罐治疗周围性面神经炎,对患者面神经功能的恢复及患侧面部血液循环均有改善,疗效明显,安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taiji Tuina combined with fiery dragon cupping in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods A total of 40 patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to September 2022 were studied,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given Taiji Tuina treatment,while the observation group was treated with fiery dragon cupping on the basis of the control group.After six weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the facial nerve function grading system,Sunnybrook facial grading system(SFGS),blood perfusion in the eye area,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the facial nerve function scores,SFGS scores,and blood perfusion in the eye area of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of these aspects(P<0.05,P<0.01).The overall effective rate was 95% in the observation group,and it was significantly superior to 70% in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Taiji Tuina combined with fiery dragon cupping has a significant effect in improving the facial nerve function and blood circulation of the affected side when treating peripheral facial neuritis,showing significant curative effect and high safety.
