精细化护理联合中医情志护理在全膝关节置换手术中的应用效果分析

Application of Fine Nursing Combined with TCM Emotional Nursing in Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的 探讨精细化护理联合中医情志护理在全膝关节置换手术(TKA)中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年6月山东省菏泽市单县中医医院收治的TKA患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。术中对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行中医情志护理联合精细化护理。比较两组患者的手术室指标、生理应激指标、手术配合度及护理满意度。结果 观察组术中输液量、冲洗液量均少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组(P <0.01);观察组术毕收缩压、舒张压、心率及呼吸频率均低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组手术配合度、护理满意度均高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 精细化护理联合中医情志护理可明显减少TKA患者术中输液量及冲洗液量,利于缩短手术时间,减轻患者生理应激,提高手术配合度及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) emotional nursing in total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Ninety-eight TKA patients admitted to Shanxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the surgery,while the observation group received TCM emotional nursing combined with fine nursing in addition to routine nursing.The surgical indicators,physiological stress indicators,surgical cooperation,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Intraoperative fluid volume and irrigation volume were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the operation time was shorter in the observation group(P<0.01).The postoperative systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and respiratory rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).The surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fine nursing combined with TCM emotional nursing can significantly reduce the intraoperative fluid volume and irrigation volume in TKA patients,shorten operation time,alleviate physiological stress in patients,and improve surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction.
