穴位贴敷护理对腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application Nursing on Postoperative Pain and Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的 探究穴位贴敷护理对腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法 按随机数字表法将82例2020年10月—2022年6月于贵州省黔东南州黎平县中医医院行腹腔镜阑尾炎手术的急性阑尾炎患者分为对照组(41例,术后予常规护理)和观察组(41例,在对照组基础上行穴位贴敷护理),比较两组疼痛程度、胃肠功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、腹胀持续时间、首次排便时间及首次进食时间均短于对照组(P <0.01);观察组并发症发生率(2.44%)低于对照组(19.51%,P <0.05)。结论穴位贴敷护理能够有效缓解腹腔镜阑尾炎手术患者术后疼痛程度,促进胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,可于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of acupoint application nursing on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy at the Liping County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to June 2022 were divided into a control group(n=41,routine care after surgery) and an observation group(n=41,acupoint application nursing in addition to routine care) according to a random number table.The pain levels,gastrointestinal function recovery,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery(P<0.01).The observation group had shorter recovery time of borborygmus,first exhaust time,duration of abdominal distension,time to first bowel movement,and time to first meal than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.44%,lower than 19.51% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application nursing can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,promote gastrointestinal function recovery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
