摘要
将Stackelberg博弈嵌入到分析模型中,应用演化博弈理论分析在数字经济时代平台企业群之间如何进行策略互动,进而分析其创新模式选择行为演化的特征和均衡状态。研究发现系统收敛于3种模式,一是正常情形下存在(开放式创新,开放式创新)和(封闭式创新、封闭式创新)2个演化稳定策略,二是最优情形下存在唯一的演化稳定策略(开放式创新,开放式创新),三是极端情形下存在唯一的演化稳定策略(封闭式创新,封闭式创新)。研究结果表明,为通过创新活动实现社会福利最大化,防止被低端“锁定”,寻求平台企业优化创新模式的选择路径,政府要对开放式创新制定适宜的补贴和税收政策,积极为平台企业搭建合作创新平台、理顺合作创新机制以提高技术溢出系数,灵活应用委托研究、合作研究、共建专利池、技术转让等手段,以减少创新成本支出。
This paper attempts to embed the Stackelberg game into the analysis model and apply Evolutionary game theory to analyze how to carry out strategic interaction between platform enterprise groups in the digital economy era,and then analyzes the characteristics and equilibrium state of the evolution of their innovation model selection behavior.The study found that the system converged to three modes,namely,the existence of two evolutionarily stable strategies under normal conditions(open innovation,open innovation and closed innovation,closed innovation),the second is that there is a unique evolutionarily stable strategy in the optimal case(open innovation,open innovation),and the third is that there is a unique evolutionarily stable strategy in the extreme case(closed innovation,closed innovation).The results show that in order to realize the maximum of social welfare through innovation activities,avoid being“locked in”by low-end,and seek the choice path of platform enterprises to optimize innovation mode,the government should formulate appropriate subsidies and tax policies for open innovation enterprises,actively build cooperative innovation platforms for platform enterprises,and rationalize the mechanism of cooperative innovation so as to increase the technology spillover coefficient,flexible application of commissioned research,cooperative research,joint patent pool,technology transfer and other means to reduce innovation costs.
