摘要
针对目前用于弹光调制器(Photo-Elastic Modulator,PEM)的高压驱动电路驱动不稳定以及热耗散过大的问题,论文设计实现了一种基于现场可编辑门阵列(FPGA)激励的高压驱动电路,该电路主要由隔离电路、全桥电路以及LC谐振电路构成,驱动电压的频率、相位以及峰值可以通过调节方波信号的参数进行灵活调节,方波占空比的调节范围为0%~45%,对应的高压正弦波输出信号为0~740V。电路具有稳定性高,体积小,带负载能力强等优势,极大地满足了不同材料、不同结构的弹光调制器工作的需求。
Aiming at the problems of unstable drive and excessive heat dissipation of the current Photo-elastic modulator high-voltage driver circuit,this paper designs and implements a high-voltage driver circuit based on field editable gate array excita⁃tion.The circuit is mainly composed of isolation circuit,full-bridge circuit and LC resonance circuit.The frequency,phase and pek-peak value of the driving voltage can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting the parameters of the square wave signal.The adjustment range of the square wave duty ratio is 0%~45%,and the corresponding output signal of the high voltage sine wave is 0~740V.The circuit has the advantages of high stability,small size and strong load capacity,which can greatly meet the needs of different materi⁃als and different structures of the photo-elastic modulators.
