某架高天线升降杆结构设计与分析

摘要 为了避免车体遮挡天线波束,提高天线处于高处时的工作效能,文中以某天线的架高需求为工程研制背景,采用模块化设计思想设计了一种架高天线升降杆。文中主要对该升降杆的结构组成、工作原理进行了详细研究,并基于理论计算和有限元仿真对其重要设计指标进行了校核验证。结果表明该升降杆很好地满足了总体设计指标需求,证明了方案设计的合理性与可行性。同时该升降杆的各模块具有良好的可靠性、外场维修性和互换性,该产品对同类型产品的设计具有一定的参考意义。 In order to prevent the vehicle body from blocking the antenna beam and improve the working efficiency of the an⁃tenna when the antenna is at a high place,this paper takes the height requirement of an antenna as the engineering development background,and adopts the modular design ideas to design an antenna lifting rod.The structural composition and working principle of the lifting rod are mainly described in detail,and its important design indicators are checked and verified based on theoretical cal⁃culation and finite element simulation.The results have shown that the lifting rod met the requirements of the overall design indica⁃tors well,which proves the rationality and feasibility of the scheme.The lifting rod has good reliability,field maintainability and in⁃terchangeability.The design of the lifting bar has certain reference significance for the design of similar products.
