骨骼肌衰减症与ATM蛋白缺失模型的比较研究——运动抗衰老模型

摘要 目的ATM蛋白缺失模型具有骨骼肌质量和功能下降、运动能力变弱的骨骼肌衰减症的表征特点,抑制或延缓衰老引起的骨骼肌衰减症为本文的探讨方向。方法通过ATM蛋白缺失与骨骼肌衰减症的表征、衰老相关疾病、引起骨骼肌衰减症的内在机制进行比较。结果1)ATM蛋白缺失模型与骨骼肌衰减症的表征具有相似性,与衰老相关疾病及其发病机理具有一致性;2)通过ATM啮齿动物模型的梳理,显示主要表征为小脑共济失调和骨骼肌功能下降,可为神经性疾病和骨骼肌疾病研究作参考;3)研究发现ATM模型对运动具有高度敏感性,认为尤其适合运动干预。结论ATM小鼠模型可作为骨骼肌衰减症的动物模型。 Objective ATM protein deficiency model has the characterization of sarcopenia with decreased skeletal muscle mass and function,and weakened locomotor ability,and the inhibition or delay of aging-induced sarcopenia is the direction of this paper.Methods Comparison of ATM protein deletion with the characterization of sarcopenia,aging-related diseases,and intrinsic mechanisms causing sarcopenia was performed.Results 1)The ATM protein deletion model has similarities to the characterization of sarcopenia and is consistent with aging-related diseases and their pathogenesis.2)Combing through the ATM rodent model shows that the main phenotypes are cerebellar ataxia and decreased skeletal muscle function,which can be used as a reference for neurological and skeletal muscle disease research.3)The ATM model was found to be highly sensitive to exercise and was considered particularly suitable for exercise interventions.Conclusion The ATM mouse model can be used as an animal model for sarcopenia.
