城市景观用高分子材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

Study on Preparation and Properties of Polymer Materials for Urban Landscape

摘要 共制备了4组不同取代率的城市景观涂料、功能薄膜用树枝状高分子材料(ADPs),研究了溶液的散射光频率随着甲醇质量浓度的变化关系、散射光频率与聚集体流体力学半径与时间的关系曲线、胶束中单分子的聚集数随时间的变化,并观察了不同取代率下高分子材料的微观形貌。结果表明,随着甲醇质量浓度增加,不同取代率的试样溶液的散射光频率呈现先稳定不变而后迅速增加的趋势,在取代率为38%、41%、51%和60%时,溶液的临界选择性溶剂体积分数分别为49%、47%、44%和44%,临界胶束质量浓度分别为0.57 mg/mL、0.40 mg/mL、0.20 mg/mL和0.16 mg/mL,胶束平均尺寸分别为68 nm、59 nm、53 nm和45 nm;随着临界胶束质量浓度下高分子材料中取代率D A的增大,胶束尺寸逐渐减小;取代率越高则胶束中单分子的聚集数越小,其自组装机制为单分子胶束聚集。 Four groups of dendritic polymer materials(ADPs)with different substitution rates for urban landscape coatings and functional films were prepared.The study focused on how scattered light intensity was related to methanol content,how scattered light intensity was related to time and hydrodynamic radius of the aggregate and how aggregation number of single molecules in the micelles changed over time.The micro morphology of the polymer materials with different substitution rates was observed.The results showed:with the increase of methanol content,the scattered light intensity of the sample solutions with different substitution rates showed a trend of first stable and then rapid increase;when the substitution rates were 38%,41%,51%and 60%,the critical selective solvent contents were 49%,47%,44%and 44%respectively,the critical micelle mass concentrations were 0.57 mg/mL,0.40 mg/mL,0.20 mg/mL and 0.16 mg/mL respectively,and the average micelle sizes were 68 nm,59 nm,53 nm and 45 nm respectively.At the critical micelle concentration,the micelle size decreases with the increase of the substitution rate;the higher the substitution rate,the smaller the aggregation number of single molecules in the polymer micelles.The self-assembly mechanism is single molecule micelle aggregation.
