摘要
高反光物体表面的三维形貌测量在各个领域有大量的需求和应用。由于高反光表面镜面反射和背景光照的干扰,传统条纹投影测量方法难以满足实际测量要求。论文基于条纹反射测量系统,在高反光表面测量方法研究中,采用了格雷码-相移的结构光,针对编、解码过程中存在的周期错位问题,提出了一种循环互补格雷码的校正方法。搭建测量系统对直径500mm的凹面镜进行测量实验,实验结果表明,凹面镜测量高度的误差为0.0067mm,证明了该方法的有效性。
The measurement of the three-dimensional topography of the surface of highly reflective objects has a large number of needs and applications in various fields.Due to the interference of the specular reflection on the highly reflective surface and the background illumination,the traditional fringe projection measurement method cannot meet the actual measurement requirements.In this paper,based on the fringe reflection measurement system,the Gray code-phase-shifted structured light is used in the research of the highly reflective surface measurement method.Aiming at the periodic misalignment problem in the encoding and decoding process,a cyclic complementary Gray code correction method is proposed.The measurement experiment is carried out on a concave mirror with a diameter of 500mm by the built measuring system.The experimental results show that the error of the concave mirror measuring height is 0.0067mm,which proves the effectiveness of the method.
