摘要
选用废弃大豆油制备乳液型混凝土脱模剂。采用HLB值为5.56、10.38的表面活性剂组合分别制备出W/O型乳液和O/W型乳液,180 d稳定等级均为1级。2种乳液均有良好的脱模效果,其中O/W型乳液的脱模效果要好于W/O型乳液。亚硝酸钠作为防锈组分可以起到良好的防锈效果,有利于保护钢模板。
Waste soybean oil was used to prepare emulsion concrete release agent.W/O emulsion with HLB value of 5.56 and O/W emulsion with HLB value of 10.38 were prepared.Their 180-day stable-rating are level One.The demoulding effect of these emulsions is good.The demoulding effect of O/W emulsion is better than that of W/O emulsion.Sodium nitrite as an antirust component has good anti-rust effect,which is beneficial for protecting steel formwork.
