多元固废基胶凝材料制备高强路面砖试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以矿渣、钢渣粉、脱硫石膏等工业固废为主材,研制出多元固废基胶凝材料,通过配合比参数优化和强度测试,将多元固废基胶凝材料应用于混凝土路面砖的实际生产。结果表明:以55%矿渣、24%钢渣粉、16%水泥熟料和5%石膏配制胶凝材料的强度和经济性最优;通过控制水胶比、胶骨比等参数,制备符合Cc60强度等级要求的高强混凝土路面砖,实现钢铁合金渣的大规模综合利用。 With industrial solid waste such as slag,steel residue,and desulfurization gypsum as the main material,it has developed a variety of solid waste-based gel materials.Through the optimization of the ratio parameter and strength testing,the multi-solid waste gel material is applied to the actual production of concrete pavement tiles.The results showed that:the gel material prepared with 55%of the slag ultra-fine powder,24%of the steel residue super fine powder,16%cement clinker and 5%gypsum have the best strength and economy.High strength concrete pavement tiles meeting Cc60 strength grade are prepared by controlling water mortar ratio and mortar aggregate ratio,realizing large-scale comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste.
