摘要
为研究高掺量(60%)粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的配方,采用控制单一变量法研究促凝剂、发泡剂、稳泡剂的最佳用量及最佳水胶比。试验结果表明:高掺量粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的配方为:碳酸锂0.4%、双氧水3%、水胶比0.45、纤维素醚0.5%;在此配方下,高掺量粉煤灰泡沫保温材料的初、终凝时间与泡沫保留时间相近,导热系数为0.066 W/(m·K),28 d抗压强度为1.16 MPa,体积密度为410 kg/m^(3)。研究结果为建筑保温材料制备与粉煤灰的资源化利用提供参考。
In order to study the formula of high content(60%)fly ash foam insulation material,the control single variable method was used to study the optimal amount of accelerator,foaming agent and foam stabilizer and the optimal water-cement ratio.The test results show that the formula of high content fly ash foam insulation material is:lithium carbonate 0.4%,hydrogen peroxide 3%,water-cement ratio 0.45,cellulose ether 0.5%;Under this formula,the initial and final setting time of the specimen is similar to the foam retention time,the thermal conductivity is 0.066 W/(m·K),the 28 d compressive strength is 1.16 MPa,and the bulk density is 410 kg/m^(3);The research results provide reference for the preparation of building insulation materials and the utilization of fly ash resources.
