上海市某郊区居民“互联网+护理服务”认知和参与意愿调查及影响因素分析

Study on the Cognition and Participation Willingness in“Internet+Nursing Srvice”and Its Influencing Factors among Residents in a Suburb of Shanghai

目的:调查上海市某郊区居民对“互联网+护理服务”的认知和参与意愿,并分析影响因素,为相关部门开展相关工作提供参考。方法:2021年1月1日—12月31日采用方便抽样的方法对上海市某郊区5个社区431名居民开展问卷调查。结果:居民对“互联网+护理服务”的认知和参与意愿总得分为(77.75±11.16)分。经统计分析,对“互联网+护理服务”了解程度和月平均医疗费用占支出比是居民对“互联网+护理服务”的认知和参与意愿的影响因素。结论:居民对“互联网+护理服务”的认知和参与意愿总体较高,但在自身安全、隐私保护方面仍存在担忧。建议相关部门加强对居民“互联网+护理服务”相关知识的普及教育,在制定具体实施方案时应充分考虑居民的人身安全和隐私保护。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition and participation willingness of“Internet+mursing service”and its infu-encing factors among residents in a suburb of Shanghai.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted among 431 residents in 5 communities in a suburb of Shanghai by means of convenience sampling from January 1st to December 31th in 2021.RESULTS The.total score of residents’cognition and willingness to participate in“Intemnet+mursing service”was(77.75±11.16).According to sta-tistical analysis,the understanding degree of“Intermet+nursing service”and the proportion of monthly average medical expenses are the factors influencing factors of residents’cognition of“Intemet+musing service”and their willingness to participate.CON-CLUSION Residents generally have a high awareness and willingness to participate in the“Intemet+nursing services”,but they still have concems about their own security and privacy protection.It is suggested that relevant departments should strengthen the popularization education of“Internet+nursing services”for residents,and give full consideration to residents’personal safety and privacy protection when formulating speeife implementation plans.
