2021年南通市海门区儿童预防接种门诊免疫规划疫苗损耗监测分析

Monitoring and Analysis of Vaccine Loss in Immunization Program of Childhood Vaccination in Haimen District of Nantong in 2021

目的:通过分析南通市海门区儿童预防接种门诊免疫规划疫苗的损耗情况,合理优化免疫规划疫苗管理制度,精准分发各类免疫规划疫苗。方法:利用江苏省预防接种综合服务管理信息系统,对2021年海门区14家儿童预防接种门诊各类免疫规划疫苗接种剂次数和疫苗使用数进行分析。结果:2021年海门区免疫规划疫苗损耗系数分别为:卡介苗4.61,乙肝疫苗1.01,二价脊灰1.82,白破1.52,A群流脑1.52,其余损耗系数均为1.00。城区和乡镇卡介苗的损耗系数分别为4.51和4.71,二价脊灰的损耗系数分别为2.20和1.56,白破疫苗的损耗系数分别为1.62和1.43,A群流脑疫苗的损耗系数分别为1.70和1.40,其余免疫规划疫苗的损耗系数均为1.00。城区和乡镇免疫规划疫苗损耗系数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2021年南通市海门区卡介苗损耗程度较高,其余免疫规划疫苗损耗程度较小。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the vaccine loss in immunization program vaccines of childhood vaccination in Haimen dis-trict in 2021,and to optimize the vaccine management system,and efficiently distributed vaccines in the immunization program.METHODS Based on the Vaccination Management Information System of Jiangsu province,It analyzed the consumption of immuniza-tion vaccines in 14 children's prevention outpatient vaccination units in Haimen district in 2021.RESULTS In 2021,the vaccine loss coefficient of the immunization program in Haimen district was 4.61 for BCG,1.01 for HepB,1.82 for bOPV,1.52 for DT and 1.52 for MPSV-A,and the others were all 1.00.The loss coefficients in urban and rural areas were 4.51 and 4.71 for BCG,2.20 and 1.56 for bOPV,1.62 and 1.43 for DT,1.70 and 1.40 for MPSV-A,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the vaccine loss coefficient between urban and rural areas(P>O.05).CONCLUSION The depletion of the BCG vaccine is higher than other vaccines in immunization programs in Haimen d/istrict in 2021.
